Dearest Sweetie;
Sometime, will address the letter to Florence Elizabeth. You know, hon, I don’t much care for that name--don’t tell your mom nor mine either, cuz it seems that they both have a partial interest in it.
Remember those folded pages--letters you’ve been writing. (now its hard, because when you mention something in a previous letter, tis very faint) Anyhoo, like them best of all--they seem like we were already married and me, well, am a great believer in that institution. ---As much as I want that to be, have yet to ask you what kind of a wedding you wanted. Always have been a firm believer of the bride’s choosing, since she takes so much guff thereafter. (Not with my gal tho’ will shave every night)

As usual, me’n Candy cruised over and soaked up a foo broo’s, came back to the school and wrestled for the last half hour--which reminds me, didn’t I show you those badly knited broken fingers of mine? Well today being Sunday, played at baseball. The pitcher was the one who is signed with the cards--I caught. Caught, for four pitches only, than reached for an ‘in’ that was an out! Split the right handed middle finger all to hell--broke the lil’ fellow too. Have practically given up sports, alla time people hurt me.--You won’t will ya Sweetie.

Kinda owe Marji, Big Oot, Muscles and his gal letters --square things away, pliz. Of other details, want you bad enough to taste, but don’t transfer here--my position is too insecure. Still another, take a least part of your vacation--don’t ever want you to feel bad or be sick, kinda mind that physician huh--Plenty of time when and if I get home to enjoy the pleasures of life--
I love you Sweetie,
Kenny Lee
